Booking terms

The given prices count per week the costs contain for bedclothes, towels, stream and water. To every stay a fee results, in addition, for the handing over cleaning (see price-list). The house is to be returned at the end of the rent time Well-swept. Least rent time 1 week. The journey day is Saturday.

With reservation / reservation a deposit of 30% of the whole rent price is to be performed. The balance is to be paid till 8 weeks before the departure day (date of receipt).

The house is ready for occupation from approx. 14.00 o'clock. Should they be able to arrive earlier you put down her luggage as long as in the house. During the departure day we ask to leave the flats at the latest 11.00 o'clock (in the mornings).

They are entitled any time before the travel beginning to the resignation. Authoritatively for the height of the attacking resignation fees the access of your resignation explanation is with us. With a resignation count the following resignation fees:

• with a resignation to 43 days before the rent beginning 30% of the rent sum (deposit),
  
  
• with a resignation from 42 days to 29 days before the rent beginning 50% of the rent sum,
  
  
• with a resignation from 42 days to 29 days before the rent beginning 50% of the rent sum and
  
  
• if not claimed of the by contract agreed achievements the whole rent sum.

Provided that you put a suitable spare tenant or a wide renting occurs through us, the resignation costs are cancelled for the period of the wide renting.

By the key handing over a security is to be performed at the rate of 200.00 €. The security is refunded with proper return of the rent object and the key.

The rent object may be booked only with the announced number of persons. Additional persons can be charged rejected or separately.

We take over no liability for damages, thefts or injuries.
